well you do have a few employees that think that they know it all and don't.and you can always ask for some one else if you don't like the one you are taking to or go somewhere else that's your right you know that right yes
Brought in some old jewelry to get checked out and got hassled about where it came from like I was some sort of theif brought quite a few pieces and only offered me 100$ knowing they were worth way more than that! This place is a joke
