We have rented a storage building on several occasions from this storage un it the last time was this February We was moving our place wasn't ready so had to get a unit went back to capital self Since they had used there service before to get a building gave them 100.00 as they ask by the time we return home we got a call that their house would be ready call storage place a lady I believe who name was Chasty said they would refund our 100.00 went back up there and she changed her tune they would not return our money we had our recipe and never put nothing in the building this was all in a matter of about hour and half will never use Capital Self Storage or recommend them to no one I wonder how meny other people this had happen to Bad way of doing business unsatified X - customer
